Founded in 1984 by Martine Kuperfis, Junot now has a fleet of 24 real estate agencies among the market leaders in beautiful Parisian properties, in the west of the capital, in Lille and in Brussels. President of the family group he has been developing since 2009, Sébastien Kuperfis (43 years old, master's degree at Dauphine, ESCP) has just recruited Nicolas Pettex-Muffat (49 years old, HEC) as general manager, overseeing all activities, including commercial (high-end services for the sale, rental and management of exceptional properties), a position he previously held at Daniel Féau-Belles demeures de France. Anne Kuperfis (43 years old, master's degree at Celsa) oversees marketing, communications, design and agency work. Philippine Guenot (37, Master's degree in financial engineering and corporate finance from Dauphine) heads operations. Alice Thomazo (41, Master's degree in law from Paris-2-Panthéon-Assas) manages human resources. The French-American Alison Ashby (45, Master's degree from the University of Cincinnati) heads the ultraluxury department Junot Fine Properties/Knight Frank. Olivier de Chabot (58 years old, Inseec, master's degree in asset management at the University of Tours), former CEO of the Mercure real estate group, heads the new Junot Châteaux and Heritage department. Sylvie Bachelier (43 years old, master's degree in private law and taxation at Assas, master's degree in real estate services at Imsi) heads the rental division, management and works. Fabrice d’Halloy (52 years old, Cefpi/Espi) and Cyril Grégoire (53 years old, self-taught) co-manage Junot Commercialisation (sale of buildings in block or piecemeal, professional premises, bare ownership, life annuity). Sophie Cohen-Bourdin (38 years old, British Council of Bahrain) manages le pôle retail.
