Thibault HUGUET & Helder BARBOSA

It is in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, in an elegant setting that the Junot Fine Properties | Knight Frank, dedicated to exceptional properties in Paris and internationally. A 110 m² space in which the talented designers Thibault Huguet and Helder Barbosa have created an exclusive duo exhibition for the occasion.

A trained craftsman (Boulle school, 2014), Helder Barbosa creates furniture with soft and refined lines, sometimes raw or offbeat, using different materials and their finishes to find the desired rhythm and aesthetic balance. His background in craftsmanship gave him the tools to experiment and push the boundaries of his technical skills. Hoop&Loop , a table lamp in marble and polished glass, perfectly illustrates the new creative possibilities that characterize it.

With training as an industrial designer at the National School of Art and Design of Saint-Étienne, Thibault Huguet offers creations combining artisanal know-how and industrial design constraints, which intertwine and enrich each other to create unique productions. After creating his studio in 2020, he now works for various brands such as Cartier, Paco Rabanne, or Mydriaz Paris and at the same time offers his own creations made in collaboration with artisans. Like the minimalist Stern seat that he will exhibit during Paris Design Week.

These two exhibitions are the ideal opportunity for us to bridge the gap between these two areas by becoming a showcase for French know-how and craftsmanship.
